About Me

My name is Maydelis Rodriguez. I am a Registered Nurse with 10 years of experience in high-acuity clinical settings, including the Neuro ICU, Neuro Interventional Radiology (IR), and PACU. My career has been spent at the bedside of patients with catastrophic neurological trauma and complex surgical needs.

In the fast-paced world of Neuro ICU and IR, I learned that a single data point, a subtle change in an assessment, or a specific imaging finding can significantly alter the course of a patient’s care. This sparked my genuine interest in the investigative side of nursing. I’ve spent a decade using EHR to manage complex data and have found that I truly enjoy diving into the records to connect the dots and uncover the details that a single-day snapshot might miss.

After earning my Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration, I began looking for a way to apply my clinical background to a new challenge. This led me to start DelisMay LNC. My goal is to use my "detective’s mindset" to help legal teams navigate complicated medical records.
